The best day of my life

Hi! Today i’m going to talk about an important day in my life. To be honest i never thought about it, but the first memory i have in this moment is the day that i enter to the university.

I had the oportunity of study in a good high school, that means i need to be “someone” and my expectations were in the sky, and i had it more than clear

In the PSU i didn’t not well, needing to change my plans of study Journalism in other university, carreer that i want since i was a child.

It was 12 of January when the “ring ring” become in my phone. It was a Saturday. And i was walking back to my house, 19:00 o’clock and i had the call. He said me that i won a scholarship, the SIPEE, having to go to enroll me the next day in the morning for enter to the Universidad de Chile.

In the first instance i thought that it was a joke, my friends were pranking me and everything would go on as normal.

After that i received a mail confirming the news: i had been chosen by the Universidad de Chile for study Journalism!, dream that i had since i was going to my grandmother’s house and i saw the University close up. It was a day full of emotions.

I cried whit my mother and received congrats of everybody’s. After two years of that moment, i feel a lucky person by the opportunity that gave to me. I can’t be more happy by study this carreer and had the possibility of meet  so much good people, my friends and more. I hope that this keep going well.

Hi! Today i'm going to talk about my favorite subject in university. Photography's lessons. Since a long time i was interest in take pictures, that is because my brother traveled from the nort to the south of Chile and others countries taking pictures of all diferent kind of thinks, and that take my attention a lot. I like to take pictures in momement, especially of sport.

I have been dedicating myself a lot of time in this and i like, i feel i'm good in what i do and it motivate me more.

In the classes of photography whit the teacher Miguel Ángel Larrea, we learned the base of photography like: take pictures, moderate the light, property of the camera among others.

Although the next year the lessons should be more practical. I feel that this year it was totally theoric.

During the next year i will take sport photos in the stadiums, a challenger in this subject. I hope i can learn a lot more and helping the people to understand this tipe of art.

Good teacher, best person

Hello everyone, today I have to talk a about my favorite teacher. I can't say that I admired some teacher because I don't know all his life, but is very good at his job. Your name is Natalia Aravena and work as a teacher in the school "Instituto Nacional". She´s a languaje teacher and she was my head teacher when I left school.  


She studied in the "Universidad de Santiago de Chile" (USACH), eing the favorite place to study according to her. There I studied a magister and immediately began working in municipal schools. That's why I like her, because he always helped us with our student demands. Besides, I Helped to choose my university career, being journalism is the best degree in the wordl.


When with my friends we have time, we go out with her to talk about our life and how the studies go. She always has time to listen to us. Despite the distance, I will always have respect and I will remember her as the best teacher.

She's a very good person.

Hello everyone:

Today I have to talk my band favourite. Actually I don´t have one favorite band or singe, but if I remember a band that marked me in my adolescence: "Los Prisioneros". I left listening the band because my brother had the comics wher were his songs, being more entertaining to learn.

"Los prisioneros"was a chilean rock/pop band and what I liked the most was his political and social criticism in Chile and the rest of Latin America, which woke up a generation of young people. It was constituted from 1983 by Jorge González (voice and bass), Claudio Narea (guitar and choirs) and Miguel Tapia (drums and choirs).

The first song I heard was "La cultura de la basura", precisely it was the first comic  I had my brother.

My brother gave me the comic when we went to my kindergarten graduation, right on the bus sounded "La voz de los 80". It was a very cute moment.

Despite this, my favourite song is "El Baile de los que sobran", song that deals with the issue of social inequality that begins with education for different economic strata. 

This song we played with my friends when leaving school (4th half), being a moment that we remember until today.

I hope they can play together again, but I doubt it.

Favorite Festivity

Good afternoon: 

Today we are going to talk about my Favorite Festivity, being the new year where the best step.

The New Year is the celebration of the beginning of the following year in the calendar, according to the type of calendar used.

The celebration of "new year" begins on december 31st, but it can be extended for as long as necessary jajajaja. The celebretion is the oldest of all holidays. The beginning of the year was not always celebrated at the beginning of the year when we accustomed it. Even today, there are still many people who celebrate it between the beginning of March and the end of April, as in Iran, Iraq and India.

It´s my favourite celebration because my parents can be with us. Other festivity as day of mother, father, children, Valentine's Day, among others, they are working. My parents  sell stuffed aninals and in this celebrations they earn a lot of money.

In the new year I like dancing with my friends (in special cumbia and music of the Chile) , speak to unknown people and see so many happy people with the celebration. Before I used to drink something with my friends, but now I don´t drink any alcohol. The only thing I don´t like is the fireworks, because they hurt animals.

¡I hope this year is just as fantastic as the previous one!

My Favorite Piece of Technology: photographic camera

This is a very easy topic for me, basically because I don´t like technology that much. Last year, I suffed an accident playing to soccer and recently a month ago I had an operation on my knee. I haven't practiced sport for long time and I needed a new hobby and I also like  photography.

Definitely, the photography is the best that has happened in my life, because I obtained money to pay off my debts, I have known more people and different places with my camera. 

I bought my camera last year and I use it when there are sporting events, I love to take pictures in football.

I use my camera every week, depending on "if they call me for some event". My life would be very boring without photography, because I also learn and I would like to study photography in the future.

My dream: study journalism?

When I was a baby, I had many animals in my house, specially cats, dogs, hens, etc. and I wanted be a veterinarian to save all my animals. 

My option to study in the university was always  journalism, because I love the media (in special the radio), although now I like the photography and I would like to study that. 

I started to study journalism last year and the atmosphere is very friendly. My experience with the degree is fantastic, because I like to learn other matters (films, art, photography, English, etc.) Besides the people are very likeable and I can know different places of Chile. 

Today I don´t know in what to work, but I would like to work with my friends a program.
